APPLICATION FOR WATER NO.94764 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 8th day of October 2025 L & M Family Limited Partnership of Yerington, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion of 0.6661 c.f.s., 119.9216 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 84479. Water will be diverted from an underground source (Brown Well #8) at a point located within the SE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 3, T14N, R25E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 3 bears S 88 degrees 48 minutes 30 seconds W, a distance of 5,241 feet (approx. 7.9 miles N of Yerington, NV). Water will be used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the SE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 34, T15N, R25E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 34 bears S 39 degrees 08 minutes W, a distance of 3,685 feet.
