NOTICE The Manitowoc County Board of Supervisors enacted Ordinance 2025/2026-126 Amending Manitowoc County Code Chapter 1 (County Organization) and Chapter 2 (County Departments and Agencies). This ordinance amends the Manitowoc County Code by creating and separating the Information Technology Department from the Public Works Department. These ordinances were enacted at the November 4, 2025 County Board session.
