For this application, the final date on which an objection may be filed is November 28, 2025. Objections are limited to whether the application for the RW permit meets the criteria of A.R.S. § 45-834.01(B). An objection shall state the name and mailing address of the objector, be signed by the objector, their agent, or attorney, and must clearly set forth reasons why the permit should not be issued.
