NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING PROPOSED BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026 BY THE LAFAYETTE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the Lafayette Redevelopment Commission (the “Commission”) will hold a public hearing at 11:00 a.m. on November 20, 2025 at Lafayette City Hall, 20 N 6th Street, Lafayette, Indiana, in Council Chambers. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a Resolution approving the budget for fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2026 for the Lafayette Redevelopment Commission. After the public hearing, the Lafayette Redevelopment Commission will meet to vote on the following budget. Complete details of budget estimate by each fund may be seen at the Lafayette Redevelopment Department. Written remonstrance against the proposed budget may be filed with the Commission before 11:00 a.m. on November 20, 2025, to the Economic Development Department, 515 Columbia Street, Lafayette, Indiana 47901. Public comment from citizens who wish to address items on the 2026 TIF Budget will be accepted via email to web-ed@lafayette.in.gov no less than one (1) hour in advance of the scheduled start time of the public hearing. Such materials will be distributed to the members of the Commission. In addition, all persons shall have the right to appear and be heard at the public hearing on the necessity of the appropriations.
