ZONING NOTICE
The Doylestown Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Meeting, beginning at 7:00 pm, Thursday, November 20, 2025, in Borough Hall, 10 Doyle Street, Doylestown, PA 18901, to hear the following applications:
For 112 Mary Street (Parcel No. 8-8-140) in the CR – Central Residential Zoning District of the Borough by Ashley Simpson (formerly Ashley Robyn Goldsman), who requests variances from Chapter 27, Attachment 6 “Table of Dimensional Requirements” of the Doylestown Borough Zoning Ordinance relative to maximum floor area ratio and building coverage and the required side and rear yard setbacks for the construction of a 2-story addition to the existing dwelling.
For 315 North Street (Parel No. 8-5-157) in the R-2 – Residential Zoning District of the Borough by Albert R. Atkinson, Jr., American Legion Post #210, requesting a variance from Section 708-7 to permit an illuminated monument sign with LED message board on the property.
For 164 East State Street (Parcel No. 8-9-59) in the CR – Central Residential Zoning District of the Borough by Justin Trinkley, who requests a variance from Section 27, Attachment 6:1 to permit 2 dwelling units on a lot with a net lot area of 9,033 sq. ft., where 10,000 sq. ft. is required and from Section 27-524 and Section 27, Attachment 6:1 to permit more lot coverage than permitted. The applicant proposes an addition to the existing house and the reconstruction of the existing garage into a 3-car garage with 2 bays for cars and gym on the first floor and a separate dwelling unit on the second floor.
