SECTION 00 11 16 - INVITATION TO BID   Upper Dublin Township is soliciting sealed bids for Upper Dublin Public Library Renovations (“Project”) located in Upper Dublin Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Sealed bids will be received by Upper Dublin Township for General Construction, Plumbing Construction (including Sprinkler), Mechanical Construction, and Electrical Construction for the Upper Dublin Public Library, Library Renovations Project. The Project includes 12,000 SF of heavy interior renovations of the existing library building. Areas include the existing auditorium, new café area, and new community rooms.   Bids for the Library Renovations shall be addressed to Mr. Kurt Ferguson, Township Manager, and received at Upper Dublin Township Administrative Building, located at 370 Commerce Drive, Fort Washington, PA 19034. Bids must be received by 1:00 PM, December 11, 2025. Received bids will be publicly read aloud one hour later in the auditorium of the Library at 520 Viriginia Drive, Fort Washington, PA 19034.   Bidding Documents will be available online Thursday, November 13th, 2025 at 1:00 PM.   Bidders must register with the Architect before receiving Bidding Documents. Bidders shall email Jason Mulligan at jason@gkoarchitects.com. Bidders must indicate the name and address of their Company, work discipline, contact name, and contact email. Upon completion of registration, Bidders will be given a link to access the documents. Email questions regarding the bid using the RFI format (Request for Information).   Pre-bid meeting will be held as follows: Thursday, November 20th, 2025 at 10:00 AM. The meeting will be held at Upper Dublin Public Library, in the auditorium, address 520 Virginia Drive, Fort Washington, PA 19034 with a tour of Renovation areas to follow.   Bids shall conform to all other requirements as more fully outlined in the bidding documents.
