You are not guaranteed to receive important addenda or information regarding this bid if not registered with BidNet. Failure to respond to a bid on “official” proposal copies may result in disqualification.   ACCEPTABLE METHODS OF BID SUBMISSIONS   Bids in response to these RFB’s may also be submitted through a common carrier. DROP OFFS OR WALK INS ARE PERMITTED, Monday-Friday, 8am to 2pm only.   An approved mail carrier exclusively includes either (1) the United States Postal Service (the “USPS”); (2) FedEx, or (3) UPS.   The Orange-Ulster BOCES (the “BOCES”) has authorized the electronic submission of bids as an alternative to other approved hard copy submissions outlined above. The BOCES is only accepting electronic bids via the BidNet platform at: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/orange-ulster-boces. E-mail or fax bid submissions are not acceptable and will not be considered.   Bidders wishing to submit bids electronically must first register on the following web-address https://www.bidnetdirect.com/register. While BidNet does offer premium paid options, bidders are not required to pay for either the vendor registration or the submission of bids. Further, whether the bidder has opted for a premium paid option does not have any impact on the award process.   Failure to comply with the forgoing procedures may result in a delay in the BOCES receiving the bid submission. All bid submissions must be received by December 11th, 2025 by 2 PM. Any bid received after December 11th, 2025 by 2 PM, for any reason, will be deemed untimely and will not be opened or considered in the contract award process.
