NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on October 29, 2025, in the above-styled cause, that the Clerk of the above-styled Court will offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the Brevard County Government Center-North, 518 South Palm Ave., Brevard Room, Titusville, FL 32780 on the 3rd day of December, 2025 at the hour of 11:00 a.m., the same being a legal sale, the units and weeks set forth below on the following described property situated in Brevard County, Florida.
