The property, constructed about 1850, is listed in MACRIS, in the State Register of Historic Places, in the National Register of Historic Places (district), has a positive National Register Determination of Eligibility, is located in the Crown Hill Local Historic District, and was known historically as Benjamin Goddard – Henry F. Leland House.
