REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Sealed RFPs are hereby invited by the Parish of Caddo for: RFP# 25-30 Unarmed Security Guard Services for Caddo Correctional Center   Sealed proposals will be received by the Parish of Caddo, no later than 3:00 o’clock pm on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 by the Parish of Caddo Procurement Division, Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Suite 850, Shreveport, Louisiana 71101. All proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked as a response to this Request for Proposal, as: RFP #25-30 Unarmed Security Guard Services for the Caddo Correctional Center. A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at 10:00 o’clock a.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, in the Parish of Caddo Public Works Conference Room, Government Plaza, 505 Travis Street, Suite 840, Shreveport, Louisiana 71101. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after receipt of Bids, except under the provisions of La. R.S. 38:2214. The Parish of Caddo reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any or all proposals and to waive any or all technicalities and informalities in accordance with state law. The Parish of Caddo shall incur no obligation to the Contractor until the Contract between Owner and Contractor is fully executed.
