By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Tuesday, October 7, 2025, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
TRACT II: THAT CERTAIN LAND, WITH ALL
BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED IN THE SUBDIVISION OF ASCENSION PARISH, KNOWN AS DEERPATH AND BEING DESCRIBED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS OFFICIAL MAP OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF COURT AND EX-OFFICIO RECORDER OF CONVEYANCES AS LOT NUMBER TWENTY (20), SAID LOT HAVING MEASUREMENTS AS SHOWN ON THE OFFICIAL MAP OF RECORD.
TRACT I: ONE (1) CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, TOGETHER WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND
IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, AND ALL OF THE RIGHTS, WAYS, PRIVILEGES, SERVITUDES. APPURTENANCES AND ADVANTAGES THEREUNTO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE
APPERTAINING, SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF
