By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 08/08/25, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 12/10/25, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
1. Lot nine (9) block three (3) addendum no. two (2) Robichaux S/D
A certain tract of land situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, in the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche, at a distance of about five (5) miles below the City of Thibodaux, said lot or tract of ground being more particularly described as lot nine (9) of block three (3) of the plat of survey entitled "Addendum no. two (2) to Robichaux Subdivision", Section 11, T15S-R17E, Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, recorded under entry number 240981 of the records of the Parish of
Lafourche, Louisiana, prepared by E.M. Collier, Land Surveyor, and dated January 9th 1965, said property herein sold, measures one hundred (100') feet front and in the rear, by a depth of one hundred thirty (130') feet between equal and parallel lines and is bounded as follows; In front or in a westerly direction by Super Charge Drive, in the rear or in an easterly direction by other property of Donald G. Robichaux, in a northerly direction by lot eight (8) of block three (3), and in a southerly direction by lot ten (10) of block three (3) of said subdivision, together with all the rights, ways, privileges, and servitudes thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
2. Easement
A certain tract of land or lot of ground situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of
Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche, at a distance of about
five miles below the City of Thibodaux, said lot of ground or tract of land is situated immediately east of and in the rear of lot nine (9) of block three (3) of "Addendum no. two (2) to Robichaux Subdivision", Section 11, T15S-R17E, Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, and measures one hundred (100') feet on its eastern and western boundary lines, by a depth of 28' on its northern boundary line, and a depth of 29' on its southern boundary line, and is bounded as follows, to-wit: In a northerly, easterly and southerly direction by property of Donald G. Robichaux, now or formerly, and in a westerly direction by Lot 9 of Block 3 of the above referred to plat, together with all the rights, ways, privileges, and servitudes thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $103281.01 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
