By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 09/10/25, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 12/10/25, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
1) A certain lot of land or ground situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of
Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche at about forty-eight
(48) miles below the Town of Thibodaux, measuring fifty-six (56') feet front on Terrebonne Lane, by a depth of ninety-three (93') feet between parallel lines, being bounded in front by Terrebonne Lane, in the rear by Alcide Dantin, on the east by George Rebstock Street, and on the west by Morris Duet, all boundaries being now or formerly. This lot entails two (2) contiguous lots of land together, which was drawn upon by Act of Exchange dated December 20, 1957 between Mr. Edward Rebstock and Mr. Morris Duet. The exchange was made by Attorney Edward T. Diaz.
Together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
2) A certain portion of ground situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche, at about forty-eight (48) miles below the Town of Thibodaux, in the Town of Golden Meadow, Louisiana Said portion of ground measuring one (1') foot front or in width by a depth of one hundred twenty (120') feet, bounded in the front or west by the property of Jessie Savoie, bounded in the rear or east by property of Caffery Bordelon, bounded south or below by property of Robinson Guidry, and bounded north or above by property of Edward Rebstock, all boundaries being now or formerly. Together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
3) A certain lot of ground situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche at about forty-eight (48) miles below the Town of Thibodaux, measuring ninety (90') feet front or in width by a depth of eight (8') feet, being bounded in the front or east by the property of Beauregard Dantin and Sidney Duet, bounded in the rear or west by the property of Edward Rebstock, and bounded north or above by a street known as Terrebonne Lane, all boundaries being now or formerly. Together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
4) A certain lot ground situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche at about forty-eight (48) miles below the Town of Thibodaux, measuring forty-four (44') feet front, said front facing Bayou Lafourche, by a depth of one hundred twenty (120') feet, bounded on the north by property of Morris Duet, on the south by property of Mrs. Elie Ducos, on the east by property of Beauregard Martin, and on the west by Ulysses Terrebonne, all boundaries being now or formerly. Together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $40886.62 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
