PUBLIC HEARING Please take notice that the Town of Cramerton Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on November 18th at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Board Room, located at 155 N. Main Street, Cramerton, NC 28032. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a rezoning application for the property located at 1662 Armstrong Ford Rd, identified by Gaston County Parcel #216482. The request is to rezone the property from R-1 Residential to B-3 Highway Business District. Per the Land Use Plan, this area is designated as a Commercial Mixed-Use Center, which is characterized by a blend of complementary commercial, office, and a mix of residential housing types.
