(EST), at which time and place, Qualifications received will be publicly opened in the basement conference room at City Hall and read aloud for the following: LEGAL – CIVIL LITIGATION. The City of Avon Park will not accept Qualifications which arrive after Friday, December 5, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. (EST). BID/PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS Bid/ Proposal Documents may be requested by visiting the City of Avon Park website at: http://www.avonpark.city/rfps Bid/Proposal Documents are required for bid/proposal submittal. Bid/Proposal documents will be posted on DemandStar.com. Bid/Proposal documents may also be requested from the Purchasing agent at amogle@avonpark.city. PRE-BID MEETING There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. (EST). The Pre-Bid Meeting will be held in the basement conference room at City Hall located at 110 E. Main Street, Avon Park, FL 33825. ADDENDA It is the proposer’s responsibility to check the Website http://www.avonpark.city/rfps or contact the Purchasing Agent at amogle@avonpark.city prior to submitting a bid/proposal to ensure they have the full RFQ package, to ascertain whether any addenda have been issued, and to obtain all such addenda and acknowledge the addenda with the submitted bid/proposal. All questions shall be directed to the Purchasing Agent in writing and will be accepted for addenda until Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 5:00 PM (EST) in order to provide sufficient time for the City to respond appropriately to questions.
