(Guaranteed Energy
Savings Contract)
The Board of School Trustees for Monroe County Community School Corporation (MCCSC), Bloomington, Indiana seeks proposals from qualified providers for a guaranteed energy savings contract in accordance with Indiana Code 36-1-12.5. The Request for Proposals is for the providing and installing of a Solar EV Canopy with EV Charging Capability with necessary drainage management at its Transportation Center. Proper integration into the Center’s existing electrical infrastructure is required. Other associated, qualifying energy conservation measures and facility improvements may be considered. The proposal must be delivered to MCCSC by December 12th, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. (local time). Responses received after the stated time will be returned unopened.
