ADVERTISEMENT FOR RFP LEGAL NOTICE Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc. and Better Housing for Tompkins County, Inc. (collectively known as "INHS") has issued two Requests for Proposals (RFP) for a third party: (1) Wetlands Delineation Services; and (2) Homebuyer Education Consultant. The Wetlands Delineation Services is for residential housing projects receiving funds from local, state, and/or federal sources in Cayuga, Chemung, Cortland, Schuyler, Seneca, Tioga, and Tompkins Counties.
