INVITATION TO BID PALM BEACH RENEWABLE ENERGY PARK INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY WELLS ITB NO. 26-402/PA The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County (AUTHORITY) requests interested parties to submit sealed Bids for performing all work in connection with the Palm Beach Renewable Energy Park Industrial Supply Wells in conjunction with the specifications within this solicitation. The proposed work will be contracted to a Licensed Florida Contractor meeting the minimum Project Experience requirements and consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to perform the following construction work for the Solid Waste Authority (AUTHORITY) Palm Beach Renewable Energy Park Industrial Supply Wells (ISW) System located in Palm Beach County, Florida. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. The construction of three (3) Industrial Supply Wells as shown in the Drawings and as specified herein. The wells are designated as ISW-19, ISW-22 and ISW-24 2. Abandon two (2) wells (ISW-4.5R and ISW-5.25) as outlined in Section 04300 Well Abandonment. CONTRACTOR shall cooperate and coordinate with work to be completed by others. All work shall be in accordance with the Plans and Specifications and shall be in compliance with all applicable codes. A NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2025, AT 10:00 AM EST, at 7501 North Jog Road – Administration Building Auditorium, West Palm Beach, Florida, 33412, open to all interested parties, at which time Authority Staff will be present to answer questions and explain the intent of the Bid.
