PUBLIC NOTICE DECEMBER 2025 SPECIAL ELECTION   On Monday, November 3, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger issued notice for a special election to fill a vacancy in Georgia House District 121 to be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. This seat has been held by Representative Marcus Wiedower since 2018.   The deadline for voter registration and updates, such as an address or name change, for this election is Monday, November 10, 2025.   Only residents of Athens-Clarke County (ACC) that fall within Georgia House District 121 will be eligible to vote in this election. This impacts over 15,000 voters across 10 precincts.
