TOWN OF ZIONSVILLE, BOONE COUNTY, INDIANA NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND QUALIFICATIONS (RFPQ) The Town of Zionsville, Boone County, Indiana (“Town”), pursuant to Ind. Code §§ 5-23-5-3 and 5-3-1 et. seq., hereby provides NOTICE of the Town’s Request for Proposals and Qualification to Design And Construct the 2026 Wastewater Improvement Project (the “Sewer Project”). RESPONSES DUE: December 5, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. EST PROJECT OVERVIEW. The Project consists of designing (together with the Town’s design engineer, Commonwealth Engineers, Inc.) and constructing multiple components, which include the following: (i) replacement of pumps Main Lift Station, (ii) upgrades to the Boone Village Lift Station; (iii) New Headworks at treatment plant; (iv) belt filter press replacement; (v) process instrumentation; (vi) new non-potable water pump station; and (vii) electrical and SCADA upgrades, all as further described in the RFPQ.
