To Amy Bunker of Brockton, in the County of Plymouth, and to all other persons interested.
A petition has been presented to said Court by Craig P. Bunker of Pawtucket Rhode Island representing that she holds as tenant in common an undivided part or share of certain land lying in Brockton, in said county of Plymouth and briefly described as follows:

The land with buildings thereon situated in Brockton, Plymouth County, Massachusetts, on the easterly side of Carrlyn Road and being known as Lot 42 on a plan entitled "Plan of Lots at Terrace Heights, Brockton, Mass. Owned by William G. Nyle Scaled 1” - 40", Hayward & Hayward, Civil Engineers " recorded with Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 3, Page 883 and said Lot 42 is bounded and described, according to said plan as follows:
setting forth that he desires that all of said land may be sold at private sale for not less than $495,000.00 dollars and praying that partition may be made of all the land aforesaid according to law, and to that end that a commissioner be appointed to make such partition and be ordered to make sale and conveyance of all, or any part of said land which the Court finds cannot be advantageously divided either at private sale or public auction, and be ordered to distribute the net proceeds thereof.
WESTERLY by the eastern line of Carrlyn Road, 50.00 feet;
NORTHERLY by Lot 41 on said plan, 100.00 feet; and
EASTERLY by land of owners unknown, 50.00 feet,
SOUTHERLY by Lots 1 and 2 on said plan, 100.00 feet.
Said lot 42 contains 5,000 square feet according to said plan.
If you desire to object thereto you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said Court at Plymouth before ten o’clock in the forenoon on the Fifteenth day of December 2025, the return day of this citation.
