TOWN OF MARSHFIELD FOND DU LAC COUNTY, WI PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, December, 1, 2025, at the Marshfield Town Hall, 999 Fond du Lac St., Mt. Calvary, WI, the Town of Marshfield Plan Commission will conduct public hearings on two topics: 1. Application by Cello Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless for a special use permit for W440 Cty Rd Q, St. Cloud, WI. The purpose of the proposed special use permit is for a class 2 collocation for wireless connectivity for Verizon Wireless customers. 2. Application by Cello Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless for a special use permit for N8306 Walnut Rd, Mt. Calvary, WI. The purpose of the proposed special use permit is for a class 2 collocation for wireless connectivity for Verizon Wireless customers. At the hearings, the Plan Commission will accept public comments regarding the proposed special use permits and will make a recommendation to the Town Board. A majority of the Marshfield Town Board members may be present; therefore, the public is hereby informed that a quorum of the Town Board may exist at the public hearings. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that immediately following the hearings, the Town Board will receive the recommendations of the Plan Commission concerning the special use permits and take final action on them. All meetings are open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend or may submit written comments to the Zoning Administrator prior to the public hearings.
