NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR CLAIMS   Notice is given that a Statement of Commencement of Winding Up with respect to R-6 Savannah, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Company"), with its registered office at 7370 Hodgson Memorial Drive, Suite D10, Savannah, GA 31406, has been delivered to the Secretary of State of the State of Georgia for filing in accordance with the Georgia Limited Liability Company Act ("Georgia Act"). Pursuant to Georgia Act § 14-11-608, persons with claims against the company must send via registered and certified mail a written notice of claim to the Company, to Attn: Claims Manager, 329 Commercial Drive, Suite 200, Savannah, GA 31406. The claim shall set forth, with specificity, the date the claim was incurred, the amount of the claim, the basis for the claim, and any and all other information relevant or necessary in order for the Company to determine the validity of the claim.
