ORDINANCE NO. 2025-2712
The City of Franklin Common Council, at its meeting on November 11, 2025, adopted Ordinance No. 2025-2712, an Ordinance Adopting the 2026 Annual Budgets for the General, Civic Celebrations, St. Martin's Fair, Donations, Grants, Solid Waste Collection, Sanitary Sewer, Capital Outlay, Equipment Replacement, Street Improvement, Capital Improvement, Debt Service, Development, Utility Development, TID 5, TID 6, TID 7, TID 8, TID 9, Opioid Settlement Fund, and Internal Service Funds and establishing the Tax Levy, Establishing the Solid Waste Fee, and Other Revenue for the City of Franklin.
