Aye: Luke Frame, Mark Henschel, Katie Moder, Karen Moehn, Tom Oliver, Joan Pennau Chief of Finance and Operations Individually Considered Resolutions 5.01 Consider Approval of Resolution Authorizing Withdrawal from Group Life Insurance Program Motion by Mark Henschel, seconded by Luke Frame, that the Board of Education approve the resolution pursuant to the provisions of Wisconsin Statute 40.70(4) to withdraw from Wisconsin Public Employer's Group Life Insurance Program effective on the first of the month after 90 days following receipt in the office of the Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds.
