Mr. Michael Gerlach, Chief of Finance and Operations, presented the Preliminary Budget for 2025-26.

The Regular Meeting was called to order by President Moder at 5:01 p.m.

Approval of Consent Agenda
Motion by Mark Henschel, second by Joan Pennau, that the Board of Education approve the consent agenda as follows: September 22, 2025 Regular Meeting and Workshop Minutes, Personnel Recommendations - Retirement and New Hire, and Bi-Monthly Financial Report.
Motion Carried, ayes 6.

Chief of Finance and Operations Individually Considered Resolutions
5.01 Consider Approval of Resolution Authorizing Withdrawal from Group Life Insurance Program
Motion by Mark Henschel, seconded by Luke Frame, that the Board of Education approve the resolution pursuant to the provisions of Wisconsin Statute 40.70(4) to withdraw from Wisconsin Public Employer's Group Life Insurance Program effective on the first of the month after 90 days following receipt in the office of the Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds.
Motion Carried, ayes 6.

5.02 Consider Approval of National Insurance Services as Employee Life Insurance Benefit Provider
Motion by Mark Henschel, seconded by Luke Frame, that the Board of Education approve National Insurance Services as the employee life insurance benefit provider effective January 1, 2026.

Board Individually Considered Resolutions
Motion by Mark Henschel, seconded by Luke Frame, that the Board of Education approve the suggested revisions to Neola Policies in Volume 34-2 as presented at second reading.
