BOROUGH OF WRIGHTSTOWN COUNTY OF BURLINGTON NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARD TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Borough of Wrightstown, County of Burlington, State of New Jersey has awarded a contract, without competitive bidding, for professional services, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5, at a Council Meeting held on November 12, 2025, at the Borough Hall, 21 Saylors Pond Road, Wrightstown, New Jersey 08562. The professional services contract was awarded to Kluk Consultants, 2 Eastwick Drive, Suite 202, Glassboro, NJ 08026, to provide construction oversight services for the Resurfacing of East Main Street and Railroad Avenue Project in the Borough of Wrightstown at a cost not to exceed Thirty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Six Dollars and Ninety-Seven Cents ($37,486.97). The duration of the contract shall not exceed one year from the date of execution of the agreement.
