INVITATION FOR BIDS
BEAVER COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
SEALED BIDS shall be received at the Community Development Program Office, 81013 Eighth Avenue, Beaver Falls, PA 15010 until 4:00 PM on Monday, 11/24/2025 for providing all labor and materials for the following projects:
BF-122 – Ascent Land LLC, 703 7th Ave, Beaver Falls, PA 15010
BF-123 – St. Esprit Holding Group LLC, 709 7th Ave, Beaver Falls, PA 15010
BF-124 – State Farm Building, 1221 7th Ave, Beaver Falls, PA 15010 (RE-BID)
BF-125 – Angeles Building, 1319-1327 7th Ave, Beaver Falls, PA 15010
Bids will be publicly opened and read at a regularly scheduled Bid Opening Meeting at the Community Development Program Office, 1013 Eighth Avenue, Beaver Falls, PA 15010 at 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday, 11/25/2025.
Bid Documents must be obtained at the office of at the Community Development Program Office, 1013 Eighth Avenue, Beaver Falls, PA 15010. Only bid documents obtained directly from the Community Development Program Office will be valid at bid opening.
Bids must be submitted on prescribed forms. Facsimiles will not be accepted. MBE, WBE, and Section 3 businesses are encouraged to apply.
Standard contract provisions of the Department of HUD, Act of 1968, as amended, and US Department of Labor for CDBG apply to this project, including Federal Prevailing Wages rates, Civil Rights, EEO, Federal Public Works, Affirmative Action, Section 3 Requirements, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, EO 11246, 11625 together with all Standard Provisions of CDBG Programs.
The County of Beaver, Pennsylvania, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to award Contracts in its best interest.
