LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF WESTBOROUGH FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW HEARING Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations relative to Site Plan Review, under Section 3.1 & 3.5 of the Zoning Bylaws of the Town of Westborough, the Westborough Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday December 2nd at 6:30 p.m. on an application for a Full Site Plan Review for the proposed project which includes site improvements to portions of the existing office and distribution center site at 165 Flanders Road, Parcel ID 31-7-0 (Application No.25-02669). The improvements include construction of a new 50,000 square foot warehouse with exterior trailer parking and seventeen (17) parking spaces. The project will also include the demolition of an existing maintenance building and construction of a new 17,600 square foot maintenance building with exterior tractor trailer spaces and five (5) parking spaces. An existing private fueling facility will be replaced and will include three (3) new fuel dispensers, a new canopy, and new underground fuel storage tank. The proposed project also includes lighting, landscaping, utility, drainage, parking area and access improvements. The public hearing will be held in the Great Hall of the Forbes Municipal Building, 45 West Main Street, Westborough, MA.
