PUBLIC NOTICE: Proposed Regulation on Minimum Pricing of Single Cigars The Westborough Board of Health will consider the adoption of a regulation es-tablishing a minimum retail price for single cigars at their next meeting. Proposed Regulation Language: No retailer or person shall sell, distribute, or cause to be sold or distributed, a single cigar unless such cigar is priced for retail sale at two dollars and ninety cents ($2.90) or more.
