The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Ella M. Halverstadt, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on October 14, 2025, the Plaintiff, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-SP4, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2025CV02237, in the Court of Common Pleas of Stark County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 1623 S Liberty Avenue, Alliance, OH 44601, Permanent Parcel No. 104053, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Ella M. Halverstadt are required to answer the Plaintiffs Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Ella M. Halverstadt failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
