NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING  NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kitsap County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on December 8, 2025, beginning at the hour of 10:00 AM, in its Chambers County Administration Building, 619 Division Street, Port Orchard, Washington 98366, and remotely via Zoom (see below) to consider a Petition to Vacate filed by WestsoundProperties LLC for a portion of the right of way known asNE Genevea St located in the South Kitsap area of Kitsap County, Commissioner District #1 and described as follows:   Total Area Description: That portion of NE Geneva Street lying North of Lot 1, Block 5, MH Young’s Addition to Suquamish, as recorded in Volume 4 of Plats, Page 30, Records of Kitsap County, Washington. Section 21 Township 26N Range 2E Board members, staff, and presenters may participate remotely.
