TOWN OF ZIONSVILLE, BOONE COUNTY, INDIANA NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND QUALIFICATIONS (RFPQ) The Town of Zionsville, Boone County, Indiana (“Town”), pursuant to Ind. Code §§ 5-23-5-3 and 5-3-1 et. seq., hereby provides NOTICE of the Town’s Request for Proposals and Qualifications to Design and Construct the DPW Campus Project (the “Project”). RESPONSES DUE: December 12, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. EST. Responses submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. PROJECT OVERVIEW. The Project consists of designing (together with the Town’s design engineer, CSO Architects) and constructing an operations facility for the Department of Public Works (“DPW”). This facility will house approximately 18 employees, as well as the equipment, vehicles, and supplies primarily of the Streets and Stormwater Divisions of the DPW, all of which are currently housed at the Municipal Services Building on Parkway Drive. The Project will include the following components: (i) Office Building (+/- 5300 sf); (ii) Heated vehicle garage (+/- 30,000 sf); (iii) Cold storage barn (+/- 10,000 sf); (iv) Salt storage barn (+/-6000 sf); (v) Outdoor bulk material storage; and (vi) Outdoor equipment storage, all as further described in the RFPQ.
