NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN  that a public hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Moorpark, California, on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., at the Moorpark City Hall, located at 323 Science Drive, Moorpark, California, 93021, to consider the ordinance described below. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN  that this proposed ordinance, with proposed amendments to Title 15 of the Moorpark Municipal Code, is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the California Code of Regulations (CEQA Guidelines) by the general rule that CEQA only applies to “projects” that may have a significant effect on the environment. Proposal: An ordinance amending Title 15 (Buildings and Construction) of the Moorpark Municipal Code as well as adopting by reference and amending the current editions of certain codes comprising the California Building Standards Code, and approving a determination of exemption under CEQA in connection therewith.
