YOU ARE HEREBY summoned and required to serve upon the Law Offices of Taylor and Keyser, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 89 Haddon Avenue, Suite B2, Haddonfield, New Jersey 08033, an answer to the complaint filed in a civil action in which Tyreece Sisco is the plaintiff and Angel Torres, his heirs, devisees and personal representatives, and their or any of their successors in right, title and interest, MACWCP II LLC and the State of New Jersey, are the defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, within 35 days after November 24, 2025, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, PO Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the rules of Civil Practice and Procedure. You are further advised that if you are unable to obtain an attorney you may communicate with the New Jersey State Bar Association or Lawyer Referral Service of the county of venue and that if you cannot afford an attorney, you may communicate with the Legal Services Office of the county of venue. THE ACTION has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing tax sale certificate #10-02319 dated June 24, 2010, made by the Tax Collector of the City of Camden, and covers real estate located at 622 South 5th Street, in the City of Camden, County of Camden and State of New Jersey, known as Block 211, Lot 87, as shown on the Tax Assessment Map and Tax Map duplicate of the City of Camden.
YOU, ANGEL TORRES, HIS HEIRS, DEVISEES AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, AND THEIR OR ANY OF THEIR SUCCESSORS IN RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST, are made defendants in the above entitled action because you have or may claim to have some right, title, lien or other interest affecting the real estate being foreclosed by virtue of ownership, inheritance, descent, intestacy, devise, dower, curtesy, mortgage, deed, or conveyance, entry of judgment or other legal or lawful right.
YOU, MACWCP II LLC, are made a defendant by virtue of a Certificate of Tax Sale sold to Mooring Tax Asset Group, LLC in the amount of $751.70, which Certificate of Tax Sale was recorded in the Camden County Clerk's Office on January 16, 2007 in book 8442, page 1328 and thereafter assigned to MACWCP II LLC by assignment dated September 8, 2011 and recorded September 23, 2011 in book 9470, page 654.
The nature of which and the reason that you are joined as a defendant is set forth with particularity in the complaint, a copy of which will be furnished to you on request addressed to the attorneys of the plaintiff at the above mentioned address.
