C.C.P. 3281, applicaed for authority to sell the following described immovable property owned by the SUCCESSION OF MILDRED JOLLY on the terms and conditions set forth in the application. A certain piece or parcel of ground, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining, being, lying and situated in the Parish of Rapides, State of Louisiana, and being more particularly described as Lot One (1) of Oak Haven Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, page 186, of the records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, this being the same property acquired by Robert B. Tudor from Mrs. Dorothy T. Odham, et al., by deeds recorded in Conveyance Book 529, page 224, and Conveyance Book 529, page 318, of the records of Rapides Parish. Said property having a muncipal address of 512 Bragg Street, Pineville, LA 71360. The Order granting such authority may be issued after expiration of seven (7) days from the date whereon the last publication of this Notice appears.
