REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS   Design-Build Services – Sugar Sand Park Multipurpose Rink Canopy   The Greater Boca Raton Beach & Park District is seeking qualified Design-Build teams to provide turnkey design and construction of a new hurricane-rated open-air canopy covering the existing multipurpose rink at Sugar Sand Park.   Project Budget: $3,800,000 (inclusive of all design, permitting, construction, testing, and contingencies).   Location: 300 S. Military Trail, Boca Raton, FL   The project includes structural foundations, full-coverage roof system, LED sports lighting, HVLS fans, modular sports flooring, athletic equipment, sitework, and drainage improvements.
