To: Pressoir Narcisse of Whitman, in the County of Plymouth, and to all other persons interested.
A petition has been presented to said Court by Yvia Narcisse of New Bedford, in the County of Bristol , representing that she holds as Joint tenant an undivided part or share of certain land lying in Whitman in said county of Plymouth and briefly described as follows:
EXHIBIT A
The land in Whitman, in the County of Plymouth and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, together with the buildings thereon situated on the Northerly side of Jenkins Avenue, and being Lot No. 27 as shown on "Plan of Lots drawn by J.C. Torrey for George O. Jenkins, July 1890", and duly filed with Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in S Plan Book 1, Page 61, Said Lot No. 27 is bounded and described as follows:
Beginning on said Northerly side of Jenkins Avenue at the southeast corner of the lot, at the southwest corner of Lot No. 38 on said plan;
Thence Northerly in the westerly line of said Lot No. 28, one hundred thirty-two and three tenths (132.3) feet to the southeast corner of Lot No. 38 on said plan;
Thence Westerly in the southerly line of said Lot No. 38, being the parcel hereinafter described, sixty-five and one tenth (65.1) feet to the southeast corner of -Lot No. 37 on said plan;
Thence Southerly in the easterly line of Lot No. 26 as shown on said plan, one hundred thirty-five and three tenths (135.3) feet to the southeast corner of said Lot No. 26; and
Thence Easterly by the northerly line of Jenkins Avenue, sixty-five (65) feet to the point of beginning.
Said premises are subject to building restrictions of record.
ALSO another parcel of land situated in said Whitman, in said County and Commonwealth, together with the buildings thereon, on the southerly side of Fiske Avenue, and adjoining the above described premises on the northerly side thereof, being Lot No. 38 as shown on the above mentioned plan, and on plan as modified and drawn by C.W. Howland, survey No. 7496, 1907, filed with Plymouth County Registry of Deeds. Said Lot No. 38 is bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a stake in the south line of said Fiske Avenue, at the northeast corner of the lot;
Thence running Southerly by Lot No. 39 on the plans above mentioned, one hundred thirty-two (132) feet to the southwest corner of said Lot No. 39;
Thence Westerly by Lot No. 27 on said plan, being the parcel above described, sixty-five and one tenth (65.1) feet to the northeast corner of Lot No. 26 on said plans;
Thence Northerly by Lot No. 37 on said plans, one hundred thirty-five (135) feet to a stake on said Fiske Avenue; and
Thence North 85 degrees, 5ff East by the southerly line of said Fiske Avenue, sixty-five (65) feet to the point beginning.
Setting forth that she desires that all of said land may be sold at private sale for not less than ($600,000) dollars and prays that partition may be made of all the land aforesaid according to law, and to that end that a commissioner be appointed to make such partition and be ordered to make sale and conveyance of all of said land with the Court finds cannot be advantageously divided either at private sale or public auction, and be ordered to distribute the net proceeds thereof.
If you desire to object thereto you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said Court at Plymouth before ten o’clock in the forenoon on the twenty- second day of December 2025, the return date of this citation.
