City of San Angelo PUBLIC NOTICE 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) Notice of Availability Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Programs The Neighborhood & Family Services Department (NFS) of the City of San Angelo has prepared the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025. The CAPER discusses the accomplishments and performance of each program in relation to the priorities and strategies outlined in the City's Consolidated Plan.
