NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Indiana Code §5-3-1 and Section 141-202 of the Revised Municipal Code of the Consolidated City and County of Indianapolis, Marion County, the City of Indianapolis through the Department of Business and Neighborhood Services hereby gives notice that a public hearing will be held concerning the re-adoption of regulations regarding placement of the Passenger Bill of Rights in Licensed Public Vehicles for Hire.
The public hearing will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. in Room T-260 of the City-County Building, 200 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, Indiana 46204.
Copies of the proposed regulation are available for public examination at the offices of the Department of Business and Neighborhood Services, 200 E. Washington Street, Suite 107, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46204, and in the Office of the Clerk of Council, 200 E. Washington Street, Suite T-441, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204.
