The premises described in the mortgage from David M. Izzo and Zabel Izzo dated April 4, 2001 and recorded in the Cranston Land Evidence Records at Book 1390, Page 0032, will be sold subject to all encumbrances and prior liens on November 13, 2025 at 11:00 AM on the premises, by virtue of the Judgment entered on November 29, 2024 as amended on September 12, 2025, by the Providence Superior Court, Case No. PM-2022-03863, the conditions of said mortgage having been broken.
$5,000.00 certified or bank check is required to bid. Other terms will be announced at the sale.
The Mortgagee hereby gives notice of its intention to bid at such sale or any postponement or adjournment thereof as authorized by said Judgment.
