PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE   The City of Plaquemine Mayor and Board of Selectmen/Selectwomen will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 6:15 p.m. The hearing will take place in the courtroom on the 2nd Floor of City Hall, located at 23640 Railroad Avenue, Plaquemine, Louisiana. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the following subdivision proposal:   B.T. Mudbugs, L.L.C., has submitted a request to amend a previously approved plat from January 2022. The revised submission seeks to increase lot sizes for the subdivision of an undeveloped parcel identified as Tract A-11.9 Acres, Sec 15, T9S-R12E, City of Plaquemine, Iberville Parish, Louisiana. The proposed development consists of a residential subdivision including Lots A-1 through A-42.   All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comments at this hearing.
