WS90500316 STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS WILL BE DUE: FRIDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2025, AT 12:00 PM *All times are local Phoenix time Scope of Work The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide engineering services to perform a corridor and alignment study and to design and prepare construction drawings for a relief sewer project. Services may include study, design, and possible construction administration and inspection services. This project site is generally located in the area of Northern Avenue from 35th Avenue to 39th Avenue and 35th Avenue from El Camino Drive to Northern Avenue. The estimated total construction cost for this project is $7.4 million. Pre-Submittal Meeting Information A pre-submittal meeting will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at Phoenix City Hall, 200 W. Washington St., 9th Floor Training Room AND via Teams. At this meeting, City staff will discuss the scope of work, general project requirements, and respond to questions from the attendees. It is strongly recommended that interested consultants attend the pre-submittal meeting.
