Scope of Work
The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide Professional Services for the Yucca Library Expansion project. Services will include design and possible construction administration and observation. Yucca Library is located at 5648 N. 15th Avenue. The estimated construction cost is $5.75 million. This project is General Obligation Bond funded.
Pre-Submittal Meeting Information
A pre-submittal meeting will be held at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at Calvin Goode Building 10th Floor Coronado Conference Room. At this meeting, City staff will discuss the scope of work, general project requirements, and respond to questions from the attendees. It is strongly recommended that interested consultants attend the pre-submittal meeting. Inquiries regarding the project scope outside of this pre-submittal meeting must be directed to the Contracts Specialist.

On Thursday, November 20, 2025 the Request for Qualifications packet may be downloaded from the Procurement Portal at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/phoenix
Consultants receiving a copy of the Request for Qualifications through any other means are strongly encouraged to download the RFQ from the City webpages above.
Firms must be registered in Procurement https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/phoenix as a vendor to submit a Statement of Qualifications.
