Services will include design and possible construction administration and observation. Yucca Library is located at 5648 N. 15th Avenue. The estimated construction cost is $5.75 million. This project is General Obligation Bond funded. Pre-Submittal Meeting Information A pre-submittal meeting will be held at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at Calvin Goode Building 10th Floor Coronado Conference Room. At this meeting, City staff will discuss the scope of work, general project requirements, and respond to questions from the attendees. It is strongly recommended that interested consultants attend the pre-submittal meeting. Inquiries regarding the project scope outside of this pre-submittal meeting must be directed to the Contracts Specialist.
