CITY OF KEWAUNEE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the City of Kewaunee Plan Commission, Kewaunee County, Wisconsin on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 5:00 pm, at the City Hall Council Chambers, 401 5th St, Kewaunee, Wisconsin. The purpose of the hearing is to afford the opportunity for persons of interested to be heard, and to consider modifying the Conditional Use Permit for parcels 31 241 NW19 16-1 and 31 241 NW19 16-3.1. A Site Plan Review application has been submitted by Kewaunee School District, for parcels 31 241 NW19 16-1 and 31 241 NW19 16-3.1, requesting to allow for construction of a transportation garage. Previously, the parcel was granted a Conditional Use Permit to construct a barn for educational purposes. Following the Public Hearing and while in regular session, the Plan Commission will act on this issue. Copies of the Application are available for review at City Hall, 401 Fifth St, Kewaunee, WI 54216 during regular office hours (Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30 pm and Friday 8:00am-12:00pm).
