The Northwestern School District (the “District”) is soliciting proposals from credentialed and licensed law firms to serve as its legal counsel for the handling of legal issues and litigation. This scope excludes litigation managed by attorneys designated by the District’s insurance providers and legal matters addressed directly by the Superintendent. The District aims to execute a contractual agreement promptly and anticipates selecting a legal firm as soon as operational needs and the firm’s availability permit.
