THE PROJECT ENCOMPASSES A TOTAL OF APPROXIMATELY 308.6 ACRES, AND THE TOTAL NUMBER OF RESIDENTIAL LOTS ALLOWED BY THE APPROVED TENTATIVE MAP IS 358 LOTS. THE PARCEL IS LOCATED WITHIN THE NORTH VALLEYS PLANNING AREA AND WASHOE COUNTY COMMISSION DISTRICT NO. 5. (APN: 087-390-10).
