NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the application of MAT Properties LLC (the "Applicant"), the Planning Board of the Township of Mount Laurel, Burlington County, New Jersey, will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, December 11, 2025, commencing at 6:00 p.m., through electronic means only, to consider Application Number PB-2531, for subdivision approval in connection with property known as 1363 Hainesport-Mount Laurel Road, Block 601.08, Lot 13, and 19 Forrest Court, Block 601,Lot 15.01, Mount Laurel, New Jersey. At the same time, the Applicant will be requesting any other variances, permits, approvals, waivers, or ordinance interpretations which might be necessary, including, if necessary, a variance to allow the continuation of a 19.4 foot front yard setback on Block 601.08, Lot 13. This is a currently existing condition which will not be changed by the lot line adjustment. No development is proposed as part of this Application. The minor subdivision is actually a lot line adjustment to reconfigure two existing lots.
A copy of the agenda and a registration link to obtain login information for the meeting can be found on the Township website at www.mountlaurel.com under the meetings tab a week before the scheduled meeting. Packets including the application(s), professional reports and plans will be posted on the Township website at least ten (10) days prior to the meeting.
Members of the public may contact the Board Secretary at mlplanning@mountlaurel.com to receive a hard copy of the plans and application materials by mail or via an exchange site such as a drop/pick up box by appointment at a secure, public location such as the police station or at the municipal building, subject to any standard fees or charges. Members of the public wishing to comment on an application, or cross examine witnesses, must submit such comments/subject matter of cross examination to the Board Secretary at the email above. Please place "December 11, 2025 Public Comment & 'Name of Application'" in the subject line of the email. Applicants and members of the public shall submit pre-marked exhibits to the Board Secretary electronically at least seventy-two (72) hours before the meeting. Exhibits will be posted on the Township website for the public view at least 48 hours before the meeting. The Applicant, or any member of the public will be responsible for presenting any Exhibits they wish to submit for the Planning Board's consideration via the Zoom screen sharing function during the meeting. Individuals lacking the resources or know-how for technological access should contact the Board Secretary at (856) 234-0001, extension 1318, for assistance in accessing the plans and the meeting. A dial-in conference number will be provided for individuals without computer access or mobile device.
Further take notice that the Planning Board may, at its discretion, adjourn, postpone or continue the hearing and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Planning Board Secretary concerning such adjournments, postponements or continuances.
