The approximate quantities as indicated above and on the Bid Schedule are inserted only for the purpose of determining the low bidder. The Contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 66.0901, 66.0903, and 779.14 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Bids shall be submitted on the electronic Bid Form provided through QuestCDN. All blanks must be filled in for the bid to be accepted. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days from the date of the bid opening. Failure to list subcontractors or suppliers may be cause for rejection of the Bid.   Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check made payable to the Owner in an amount of five (5) percent of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. If the successful bidder fails to execute the contract and furnish the required bonds within 15 days after the Award, the Bid Security shall be forfeited to Owner as liquidated damages.
