RESOLUTION 25-08 THE SANDUSKY COUNTY COMBINED BOARD OF HEALTH (FEE FOR SERVICES REGULATION) AMENDED RESOLUTION 24-15 WHEREAS, The Board of Health of the Sandusky County Combined General Health District adopted a Schedule of Fees Regulation 90-27 on November 27, 1990. WHEREAS, Subsequently, this regulation has been amended on the following date November 21, 2025; WHEREAS, The Board of Health finds it necessary to replace Regulation 24-15 for the purpose of covering program costs and after a cost analysis conducted to determine current program costs. NOW, THEREFORE, Under authority of Section 3709.21, of the Ohio Revised Code, Regulation 24-15 Sandusky County Board of Health Schedule of Fees has been amended and Regulation 25-07 Sandusky County Board of Health Schedule of Fees will be in effect December 1, 2025; AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this new Schedule of Fees Regulation 25-07 under the administration of the Health Commissioner for the Board of Health in order to properly conduct its lawful business for the reasons set forth in this amendment.
