PUBLIC NOTICE   TAKE NOTICE that the Dublin Borough Council will hold a public hearing at the Borough Hall located at 119 Maple Avenue, Dublin, Pennsylvania 18917 on Monday, December 8, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the application of Chetan Master for Conditional Use approval to permit a B-9 Residential Conversion use on a property located at 106 South Main Street and identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 10-004-050. The property is located in the Borough’s TC-1 Town Center Zoning District. The Applicant is proposing four (4) dwelling units within the existing building.   Copies of the Conditional Use Application and materials submitted with the application are available for inspection at the Dublin Borough Hall during regular business hours.   Scott A.
